Pulled into an empty shop. I have a car hauler. Had a hydraulic line pop so I couldn't lift the overhead ramp. I still was able to open the hood more than half way and secure it properly. The dip stick , fuel filter, and fill tube were easily accessible. They said they couldn't change my oil becuz the hood wasn't ALL the way open. I explained why but they still wouldn't change my oil. I explained my filters were leaking becuz the speedco who changed my oil prior didn't install them correctly. No other trucks in the shop. There weren't busy but still wouldn't change my oil. I plan to contact corporate as well.

I got a flat tire on my Big Tex 25GN trailer and arrived to get my spare put on. I was then informed that they only work on semi trucks and trailers. Us Hotshot truckers are not good enough for them to help us change tires,but we are good enough to buy thousands of dollars of fuel. Why the discrimination? We have ALL the same requirements semis have.

Sat for 2 hrs in line. Left soon after! Now I don't know what the deal was. Don't care. A lil communication goes a very long way in my book. Now I looked at all the positive reviews and that always weighs on my decision. I'm willing to try another day. Who know this 1 star could turn into 5.......we'll see
