Been here first time, its fckin smelly inside , towels in the showers are so disgusting and so smelly u cant even think to wipe ur body ,fountains drink were mostly out. Just come here for a parking or fuel ,, no for everything else . Only staff was gud

This place needs to do a few things. They need a much better selection of their music that they play in the store. Prime parking is a JOKE!!!! We pay for prime parking, most generally hours before we arrive just to find out that ALL of the prime parking spots are taken. Management gives us our money back and we have NO place to park. The drivers that have taken the prime parking spots do NOT have to pay. Apparently Flying J/Pilot truck stops won’t bother these degenerates. They get FREE prime parking and the one’s that thought ahead gets the shaft. Utterly lousy!!!!

This is my personal experience. I have been fortunate enough to be able to stop to rest here 2 days in a row. First with the customer service experience, excellent. Simple to the point everybody on there duty. No line for showers. Showers clean. Hot water, with great pressure, which is a so relaxing. Parking lot in order. Employees doing there job! Which often is not the case. Employees smiling and greeting ALL customers. I'll point out that it was night shift. Which could be tiring. All in all great relaxing safe place. If you want more than that well then we should be looking for a 5 star hotel which I believe is possible in the city of Troy.
