You DO NOT close a pharmacy early because it's a weekend and people want to knock off early. This is a Pharmacy, not an ice cream shop. There should be FDA rules on that... People are depending on you.

Terrible costumer service at pharmacy. Always have problems getting my prescriptions in a timely manner. The people at pharmacy cashiers are always grumpy and rude. CVS is 1000% better. Changing pharmacies asap. (Thank you for your response, I guess. The email you provided does not exist anymore and cannot be reached, do you even know the company you franchise from?)

Customer service is EXCELLENT. When you ask a question employee doesn’t just point they walk you to what you need. Explained new rewards and helped me sign up. Nora is particularly helpful and goes above and beyond. Employees familiar with all stock and services.

The staff is nice. However, even if you call in a refill they don’t refill it until you physically come to the pharmacy. I was told “they don’t even look at the call ins”. I’ve never not waited in a line of at least 5 people. Today there are 10 people ahead of me and 1 cashier. So you have to wait in line to refill and then again to pay after you wait 30 minutes for your refill.
