Edited to add: i was eventually contacted by a very nice and helpful man who told me how to get it to stop. However, i fully stand by the fact that this company is unhelpful themselves and their after hours center is useless. I would rather use a bell on a string as an alarm system than to give them my money. Thank you to the man who was able to help me, but I pray we leave this home soon because of this system. Absolutely horrible. We rent a home with their system pre installed and we never started a service with them. So we have no codes, no account, nothing. Multiple times now the system has gone off for no reason, NO REASON, and no one in the after hours services is able to help. They just leave messages for technicians who they claim will call me back but never do. I’m now sitting here at midnight, on a work night, waiting for a call back to assist me. Which last time, never came. I will be doing ANYTHING I can to get this system removed from this house or leaving the house all together. Absolute atrocity of a security system company.

This company is not good. One of our cameras has been on/off working since the system was installed. They came and installed a “Booster” that did absolutely nothing. To make matters worse we were robbed and where did the thief park? Right under the not working camera.. Quality of camera picture was never impressive but if they don’t serve their purpose whats the point? “Camera Offline” over and over

Not very happy with their services. I should've ran when my contract was up but got talked into staying with cameras that rarely ever work and I was supposed to get 3 months of services for free but never happened. What's the point of cameras if they don't ever work? What's worst is that these camera will only notify you after it's been uploaded and you only get 15 seconds of usable video at a time with minutes in between before it can record again. I ended up buying my own cameras and will be replacing their doorbell camera. It's seriously the worst "hd" camera I've ever seen.

Again with terrible service from this company. I have had a fuzzy barely usable camera for the last year that they “replaced” on their last visit from the rudest technician. That “replacement” camera finally died and it has taken two months to get someone out to replace it. They sent a technician to my business on a random evening without my knowing (no email or phone call) and then charged me for sending someone out who did nothing. DO NOT do business with this company, they will rip you off while giving the bare minimum service possible. Not sure which is worse the bad quality of the equipment, the rude technicians or the awful and useless customer service people you are forced to deal with. Again….stay away from this place anything is better than this company.
