Very professional and instead of going ahead a changing the muffler for $80 the guy said he just weld the hole for $25. I will be using them for all my exhaust needs. I have told friends and family about them. I wish them success in business.

When someone comes to your shop for exhaust work and exhaust work ONLY, why mess with the customers car other than what you’re job is intended to do? I left my hood half open for a reason because my latch is broken and I was waiting for a new part to arrive. John closed it without asking and I ended up having to pay $550 to the dealership to open it back up for me.

I would highly recommend Big Johns muffler shop, the owner was very time efficient and very knowledgeable with his products, I will definitely be returning with any other vehicle that I need exhaust work done on, don’t mind the tip or front portion of this exhaust as it was done elsewhere, the owner only added the muffler and it sounds great

In my experience I didn't need an appointment. He was able to get me in as a walk in. I did call first to notify him of the reason for my need for his expertise. However if you have something to do other than going there you may want to call, because he does take walk-ins. So if you take that chance to just show up you might be in a line, depending on a first come, first serve basis. So just to get a heads up. If you are on a press for time, call to be sure if he can schedule a specific time for you, at your convenience. Big John is a nice guy with excellent customer service skills. I recommend his expertise.

Yes thats what I had done they took my muffler off and then put on a 2 foot pipe to bring the exhaust fumes to the back of my jeep. they did a great job
