Leslie, Carlos and Janice. Leslie, a “shift supervisor” is not suited for this job. Carlos another “manager” is aggressive, rude, a liar and a hypocrite. I was on hold for an HOUR. When Janice finally answered she hung up on me. My partner had to DRIVE there to see if my meds were ready. And these 3 people whom he interacted with have absolutely no business being employed in retail customer service. Rude and apathetic. Everyone needs to be fired. Rehire people who actually understand the term “Customer Service” and start all over again. I had to call corporate to place a complaint. They did give us a $65.credit, for the hour I was on hold. Let’s see if they honor it. I wish I could give half a star.

The pharmacy really sucks. Everytime I need a prescription and try to call they don't pick up the phone. The girl that helps on the register is very nice, but it's such a pain to get my prescriptions filled here. I went in yesterday to get a non controlled rx and they couldn't get it done. They had the gate down like 50 mins before close. It's annoying because I live right near this pharmacy, but can't use them when I really need something. It just never works out.

This location is marketed as 24hours and we rely on that. I live near by and have come to get some much needed items, baby food, dog food, cough medicine and drops. This location has been closed. I come at 5:00am, 6:00am and there’s a hand made sign saying closed due to system error? CVS corporate please look into this and resolve this sooner rather than latter this is also the local communities minute clinic.
