If I could give 0 stars for the pharmacy and also the male working the store I would! Whoever closed the pharmacy & store on 5/23/2022 is a C U Next Tuesday! I was on vacation in desperate need for an 18G needle for my first IVF meds because my coordinator gave me the wrong size and I couldn’t get any of the meds in my syringe because it’s oil…I called in desperation and explained what was going on. The girl was pretty rude but said they had that size. Gave me a hard time asking for an RX and all these other things I didn’t have. Finally she said come here and bring what u have, but we close at 9. It was like 8:55pm, but I rushed over there and maybe got there about 9:03. Asked the guy in the front if the person in the pharmacy was still back there and he acted like he didn’t know and couldn’t call or walk back there with me so I said ok she knows I’m coming, I’ll knock. I end up catching her in an isle and asked if she worked there in the pharmacy (tears in my eyes) and she said yes. I’m standing there holding my bag with anything I had to show I wasn’t a “junkie” like she said goes on there and that’s the reason I needed an RX…and I said is it too late to get that needle(voice shaking) and this lady straight said YES, it’s too late. I couldn’t even hold my tears in. I walked out sobbing and she crossed me to go to the registers with a smirk on her face. I sat in my car and cried for an hour. If you ever need a great pharmacist and staff go to Rite Aid on 4840 Niagara

One of major and important issue in life when you are sick and doctor give perscription for your problem is a pharmacy and phamecite who can explain the drug you are taking. With all information you should know before you start to take and else... When you are in CVS it in make me so confedence that you are in good hands, by just knowing that you are member of CVS is a confirm that you are in . Member ship of getting cure . So I just showed up. For a minute-clinic appointment 5 minutes early. Then no one comes out for 30 minutes then when she hears someone ask if I was waiting she comes out and has the AUDACITY to tell me I just showed up and she came outside 10 minutes ago. Just lying directly to me and another patients face. I guess that's the service you expect from the bottoms of the barrel medical work. Besides they the CVS itself was great :) very nice people. Terrible "practitioner"

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff behind the checkout counter was loudly making fun of a customer who had just walked out. The lady who checked me out first told me that none of the coupons or extra bucks (all of which were posted). I asked for a price check and she rolled her eyes and started ignoring me and counting money loudly as if I were the one wasting her time. There were other things, too, but this reminder me why I shop at Target. Avoid this place!
