Called in to get an estimate with very limited information on my end, and the lady that answered the phone was extremely nice about it! She was very patient, and answered all my questions. Excellent customer service! Beforehand, I had called another T-Shirt embroidery company, but not too happy with their customer service. Although the other company was a little bit less expensive, I will be using Olathe T-Shirt and Trophy for our company's apparel simply because they were patient, kind, and understanding with me. Goes to show a little kindness can go a long way! We will certainly be doing business with you all !
