Hello Terry, If you are looking for transportation to pick-up medication, you can call Catch-a-Ride and apply for their program. They do not offer same day services but could be of assistance if you need a monthly ride to a pharmacy or medical appointment. 913-715-8900 If you are looking for financial assistance you can call our Multi-Service Centers. Aging & Human Services is a vendor for the Kansas City Medicine Cabinet. The Johnson County Catch-a-Ride program provides transportation for Johnson County residents to Johnson County essential destinations (medical/social services/food pantry) with the exception of St. Luke's on the Plaza, UMKC Dental School, and St Joseph Medical Center. Johnson County residents can call 913-715-6653 to speak with a member of our Outreach team about rental and utility assistance. We have limited funding available for rent assistance and have a limited number of appointments available each month. However if you qualify for services, we may be able to assist you with your utilities.
