Love this family run small business! Fast, friendly and CLEAN!! Guys complaining about short yields obviously don’t appreciate quality grinds and cuts!!! I’d rather get a little less back and get better quality! I like my grinds WITHOUT hair and silver skin . And these guys produce just that, they are TOP NOTCH.

Fast turnaround but you only get about 30% yield on your deer. Short about 10 lbs 3 times in a row. As a standard practice deer should be weighed when dropped off. Example- If 100 lbs dressed out and perfect shot, should get approx 40 lbs meat back. Also nearly impossible to grind a warm deer. Needs to chill at low temp at least a day or more to get through grinder. If you get a call next day for pick up likely not your deer grinds.

From Pennsylvania and it was my first time using this butcher. He did a great job, got the order done quickly, the meat was packaged well, bologna tastes great, and processing was a lot less expensive than my regular shop. Definitely would recommend.

He does have a freezer that your deer goes into as soon as you drop it off. Do not know whether he will allow it to hang for a couple days before he butchers it.
Not at this time.... looking to add this option for next deer season.
