Wow! 2 hours in to get to guard shack! Everyone was rude rude rude! I’ve been to a handful of Aldi‘s in different states. By far this is the worst location I have ever been to. staff can at least smile and be pleasant. It’s bad enough we’re waiting in a very long line to the guard shack. It’s so unorganized you have trucks everywhere. JB Hunt racing around the yard. Horrible lighting. Get it together Aldi! My choice! Will not deliver here ever! Got here at 1:45 am it’s now 6 am. Appointment at 3 am. Waiting on paperwork. They pulled all trucks out of doors. We are all piled up waiting on paperwork. 20+ trucks scattered everywhere! Management! Management! COME ON! Y’all this is a first come first serve! Appointments don’t matter! Ya wonder why we want to go postal!!!!

Hi, guys! Today was my first time to deliver a freight to this facility. And before I read reviews and was prepared to stuck there. My dispatch assured me it’s gonna be ok, based on his experience every single driver got unloaded on time. What I want to say, all negative reviews are true! It’s 4 am, I’m still here since 12 am. 2 stars only because of nice guards and girl from shipping office. Btw facility is big and there is a lot of space to manoeuvre.

It’s a little rough but only because some of the drivers make it that way… The security guards was cool as hell… The line was definitely long but he was trying to get everybody in as fast as they could.. I received a door asap however my appointment wasn’t until 2am… I made it there at 11pm…. I was unloaded pretty quick the only problem was waiting for the paperwork to leave but the two women were moving as fast as they could… You just have to have patience and you could park on the property while waiting on paperwork and if you only have a couple left they also allow you to stay and complete your reset.. she wasn’t rude when she told me that even though I wasn’t going to stay.

Ahahah...no sleeping in the truck, no parking, no barking, no overnight or we'll call the police....no no no no. 1 hr line waiting for check in. This place is a joke. No respect. P.S. guys in a guard shack are the nicest part of this facility

I'm here today same situation. Midnight appt and it also took me 1 hour 45 minutes to get to guard shack.

No overnight parking. You can park on the exit ramp, 1st exit just south of K-10 hwy on K-7 hwy. Aldi DC is on the east side of K-7 hwy. Go in early b4 your appt. The line starts early. Example: if your appt is at 6 am go in between 4:30 and 5 to get checked in at the guard shack. They charge lumper fee but you can unload your own trailer with electric pallet jack. Good luck.
Not sure. My appt was 11pm. I got there at 10pm and was told I had to leave and come back closer to my appt. When I came back at 11 there was a line. When I left, at 2am, there was a line all the way down the street. Best thing is to get there 15 min before your appt time
And dont think you can park on the street or shoulder of the on/off ramps. Very expensive tickets in Olathe.
