August 12-October 10.That is how long we had to wait to get a claim settled under warranty.They came out twice but couldn't fix the problem.I waited a month after the first visit for the parts to get here(I know about the supply chain problems)to call and ask them what was going on.They said parts were still on order and they sent me a post card to let me know...I got it the next day.(Why not call) That was the only communication I got from them until the second visit.Aftet the second visit they had to order more parts.I called every week after that.One day it was the parts were on order and my wife would call and they were waiting for the warranty company to pay the claim.They want have to worry about me calling them for anything else.

I wish I could give a half star called at 9 o clock to cancel delivery after wife took off work reason rain I say it is not raining u only 20 minutes away they say it's supose to rain this is the Manger I am talking to I say we'll you knew it was going to rain when u set appointments she gas prices too high I see why u allhave bad reviews

Bob's team has helped us out a couple of times over the past few years, and has always delivered. Most recently they helped fix our sub zero freezer that quit just before Thanksgiving. Showed up on time, and was pleasant and professional. There's 2 sides to every story when you read the negative reviews.
