Very unorganized. Keep on taking patients to the back to do one thing. Went to the back to talk to PA and do give a urine sample. Went back up front with the urine sample. Still need to do a blood test. Same people are in the lobby when I arrived at 1pm. 4pm now.

I had multiple doctors ignore me in pain and I had been in the waiting room for 5 hours .also they then had to transfer me because I called my doctor that is located at UNC and she said what they doing was wrong about how I was hurting and my symptoms. Please don’t go there. They don’t care about you

Went there in ambulance..they treated me like a dog, I really suffered at that place..it's a shame how they treat people.please somebody got to stop them..evil,evil people..they punished me for yelling form excuciating pain..then badger me for hours in pain..they got to stopped.. please.

The ER left a bad taste in my mouth but I was on covid floor and they were 4stars on that floor nurses but they can use a new aid

Why did it take 6 hours to have 2 test and wait 3 hours for the results. Will not return here!!
