This store is a shadow of its former self. Since the store was looted twice I understand why they'd take some products away. It's not worth it trying to bribe so-called non-profits to not loot your business. The people on the ground aren't seeing any payment.

I liked Riverside Kohls as the setup is attractive, the selection is massive & the customer service is adequate. The one thing I think they could improve on is open registers. Upon checking out the line I had to stand in was very long, but they had 2 registers that were closed & had no intention of opening the closed registers regardless of the crazy long line people including myself were having to wait in. I don't know if this particular Kohl's is understaffed, but another register or 2 would've made a significant difference in waiting to checkout. Other than that, our Kohl's trip was very nice and enjoyable.

Honestly the store has great potential and is soon to open a Sephora store withing itself but as of right now august 2021 it is somewhat empty of merchandise and little to pick from and honestly somewhat of a mess by where the Sephora construction is going on other then that they have everything neatly in their place and clean they have good brands a little expensive but understandable for what your buying for the size of the store I'm somewhat disappointed on the quantity of options but I'm Shure after Sephora is done they will step up their game p.s. not gonna lie even doe it was somewhat busy I got very quick cashier service Wich was great

Amazon related! Picture your xmas gift that suck with your Amazon reciept. You walk up to the line to the amazon counter and wait 10 minutes. You state you received lame item as gift and you have receipt from amazon. The cashier say log on to your amazon account and hit the camera icon???. You then say i dont have an Amazon account i received it as a gift. She click her mini computer and says cant take it call fed x!
