Workers are nice, and its a decent gym for the price. Feedback: I really wish the lighting was better. A lot of areas of the gym are dark specifically, by the weights and locker rooms.

Gym is fine except the fact that the girls bathroom lights have been out for the past 3 weeks. Like every other light so it's uncomfortably dark. Tried to tell the guy at the front desk and he shrugged his shoulders and said there's nothing he can do about it now. Didn't write it down or nothing so hopefully the manager sees this one star and does something. The blonde guy at the desk is rude. I was even thinking about personal training but not anymore.

A very good place with a very good atmosphere and personally, Miss Katie is a person who keeps everything clean and in order, unlike the other people who work, there are always talking they never clean and everything is messy and Katie always keeps everything in order. order and clean and always ready to help anyone

Yes, they recently added an auto entry system where you use your membership fob to unlock the door. The facility is now open 24/7. Basic membership has access 5 am to 7 pm, every day. Next level provides 24 hr access via membership fob. I have the basic membership of $10/month. I'm not sure what the upgrade for 24 hr access is.
Their contract says you have to cancel in person to the club you joined at. "I must provide the club written notice in order to cancel my membership as of the 15th of the following month and cease all recurring payments due after that time. cancellation notice must be delivered to the club in person or by certified mail. Any monthly membership can be canceled upon such written notice. cancellation by fax email or phone will not be accepted." to cover all the bases, you're written notice should say that you are canceling your membership as of the 15th of July and you revoke consent for them to store your payment information.
If you're sure you cancelled in writing, follow up on line with the IL attorney general.
