Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

We visited this restaurant in a Monday afternoon. The waitress was a in training but she did a good job. I was using a birthday coupon for a free burger. I also tried a purple pear lemon aid drink. The drink, avocado burger and onion rings was yummy. My Mom got the veggie burger and garlic fries which was yummy as well Overall, we enjoyed our meal and the service.

There service is amazing and I love how my emotional support was able to come in fast with me to pick up my order thank you all for the amazing service and always on time and my Thor loves it as you see lol loves ice cream

So not going to Red Robin ever again!!! I get it they are short handed but that’s no reason for bad service. The lady that was our waitress was ok. But everyone else sucked. The lady that sat us took us to a dirty table. The floors were so sticky, we asked for water 5 times we were a party of five and we got water when we were done with our food. Oh and we only got two glasses. My nephew ordered chicken sandwich and it was still raw. They replaced but still. I asked for more fries and when I received them another waitress pretty much just dumped them on the table. I was very very disappointed on my experience at Red Robin! I wish we could get our money back because it sure was pricey!!!!!

The restaurant was not bad, it wasn't too crowded and the service was decent. What matters most is the food.mind you I didn't expect fine dining but I did want to enjoy a burger. When our burgers arrived, they we're well cooked, rather than medium or medium well. By the time I was half way done, my burger patties was very hard and dry.i should have told our server in the beginning, this one is on me. I'll return and order the same burger my way, and then I'll continue this review.
