Shoe and toy section: Very messy, inventory is broken or dirty & low inventory. It was slim pickings here. I will say the plant section (faux) was REally Nice! It was neat & well stocked. Will choose another location to visit if at all possible.

Horribly messy place. Line gets super long for only 2 cashiers being opened which is totally absurd.

I love this store. I could spend all day looking at everything in there. I never walk out empty handed. Some of the employees are a little rude though. That's OK, I can be too.

The store is nice and customer service is good, but you're not allowed to take your cart to the parking lot even if you're by yourself and your cart is overflowing! I have asthma and felt like I was going to die trying to carry big bags and even a framed picture that almost broke! I'll never go back! I'm the type of person that will bring the cart back too! So frustrating!

They do not have a handicap shopping cart. But you can call and ask if someone in the store can assist you with helping you make your purchases and getting you back to your vehicle or particular ride or transportation that you have in place or plan to take.

That is not a question. I have patronized this particular Burlington location since it opened. I have not experienced any problems with this store. The location is convenient. The parking is plentiful. The associates work hard to give the customers a great shopping experience. Keep up the good work, Burlington!!!
