The worst place! I ordered some merchandise as part of a present and I was told it would be delivered to the store in riverside park mall illnois location I received a email stating it was just delivered and so I went to pick it up. However I was also told they do not have which was odd..I was also told by manegament that fedex tends to play some games in regards to delivering. And so I said I’ll wait another day I call again and this girl tells me they dont hold them for so long what do they hold. Wow. These people. Are responsible people. Very lost incompetence.
