The world needs more people like Charlene! What an outstanding employee & human being. She went out of her way to help my family retrieve our misplaced luggage from the airport shuttle bus company, drive it to the ups store, & ensure it was safely packed up & shipped appropriately. If not for her actions, we would have had to drive 6.5 hours to collect our suitcase. We cannot thank her enough for her kindness, professionalism, communication throughout the process, & willingness to help out a stranger.

Normally I have a wonderful time shipping through here, I went today to ship a large box. Online, I set a quote ahead of time using the exact measurements and weight for the box, the quote was $59. In store they told me it was over $120 and that they couldn’t honor the price calculator on UPS’s own website. I understand that it’s a franchise store, but I run a small business and rely on these quotes to be accurate to protect myself in purchases. Very disappointed.

I have problems on about half my visits if not more. The latest was getting talked out of using UPS altogether by an associate. Two stars because a few employees are actually really great but they’re almost never working when I need to go anymore.
