The staff doesn’t help, they just talk to you like you don’t know anything. If you ask questions they get offended and tell you that’s not their job. This is so unprofessional and did not help my mother. They just kept sending me to other agencies. They need training at least hire staff with more education and customer service experience. I did get to speak to a supervisor on speakerphone with the case worker on the line so I did feel intimidated. They spoke down at me. What does the state have working for them?

Rotten place they don't investigate anything fraud with my mother and the crooks are getting away with it after I brought proof in bank statement they still didn't do anything horrible place

Solutions for Care has counselors who can help you complete an application online for Medicaid. Actually, if you have a computer, you can go to the website Abe.gov and do the application yourself - but some of the questions might be confusing if you are not already familiar with the process.
