When I drop off my AT&T equipment do I need to know my account # or will the equipment do all of that

Sometimes. You definitely need the last name on the account & then, usually, the serial numbers on the equipment will pull up the account number automatically. Then again there are times it won't.

Good afternoon you do not your account number all you need is the last name on the account. Just make sure you save your paperwork or like i tell everyone take a picture of it and send it to your cloud cause it will take 6 months to 1 yr before it gets checked in and if they can't find it they will send you the bill.
