Their contract says you have to cancel in person to the club you joined at. "I must provide the club written notice in order to cancel my membership as of the 15th of the following month and cease all recurring payments due after that time. cancellation notice must be delivered to the club in person or by certified mail. Any monthly membership can be canceled upon such written notice. cancellation by fax email or phone will not be accepted." to cover all the bases, you're written notice should say that you are canceling your membership as of the 15th of July and you revoke consent for them to store your payment information.
I think you get the joy of going in to your actual facility and speaking with a rep. I'm not 100% sure, but it wouldn't surprise me.
