This was my first time dealing with mold in our home and the process was a little scary. ServPro made this so easy and comfortable. Their staff was friendly and very helpful. Everyone was professional and on time. They explained everything so I always knew where we were in the process and their prices were very reasonable. I hope I don’t have to do this again but if I do I’ll come to ServPro!

Always disappointing to see talented and efficient contractors undersold by an incompetent office staff. Initial demo crew were quick and professional and there was no issue getting a member of the repair team out to photograph and detail the damages. The problem is once this information was in the hands of their office they were somehow unable to form an estimate for three days straight despite daily promises that we would have it by the end of the day. When they finally sent it on the end of the third day they sent it to our insurance despite explicit instructions we would be self paying and then closed for the weekend. Based on their initial work I was enthusiastic about making use of their services but with how frustrating the following process was I would struggle to recommend them to anyone. Work was being done for Mr. Jafari as apparently that's the important part of receiving feedback for them.

On the total loss inventory /pack out. Frank and his team(Humberto,Hector, and Seamus) we’re equally amazing. I have referred and worked with so many companies throughout San Diego County and in my opinion they are the best. Thank you!

I have used Servpro of Sorrento Valley on many occasions and continue to use them due to their professionalism and responsiveness. I have called them out on emergencies at 1am, 10am, 3pm, 5pm. They have always been quick to respond and contact the necessary people immediately. Their follow up is amazing as they update me before I even have to email for an update. I truly enjoy working with their staff and would recommend them to anyone looking for a company for water loss situations.
