Going to a Verizon store is joke. They open at 10 and there are half a dozen people waiting at the door. Oh, and they have one Rep to help. Do you know how long of a wait that is if you are checked in as the 6th person. Luckily I was second. I asked her about the senior discount for the unlimited plan. She said we don't have one. I said you advertise it everywhere, every day. When she looks it up she says, "oh yes but the discount ends after a year". Oh my God, I didn't realize I was going to get younger and leave a senior plan. It's a joke, they want everything to be done online. I finally asked what I needed from them when I go shop new carriers and left so the line of now nine could move up with the one available Rep. Verizon has great coverage and family plans, but not single plans for a senior that is not a phone addict.

This store still sucks. Waited in line. Then some guy [older ) (white) (gentlemen was helped before me. I had other questions concerning upgrade to iPhone deals. After paying my bill. Furthermore the service works about 40 percent of the time. I really should get a couple of free months considering I've been sold 2 funky phones.

To the Verizon retail store was greeted by a salesperson Emily who showed me the phone for 2 minutes then walked away never to return. Ask about any specials they had no specials and couldn't tell me the specific features I was asking about the phone anyways. Went out to the parking lot pulled up their website ordered the phones received a special by one get one free and went back in to retrieve my new phone. So the salesperson Emily scores a zero lost for sale and only the website saved it

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I went into the store to upgrade my phone. The salesperson, Ellie, who didn't know how to properly wear her mask and spoke with high volume, immediately rushed me to the three phones I could select from, pushing aside another customer who was standing in front of the models. She quickly told me that I only had three models to choose from and gave me three monthly rates. I told her that I had received a text from Verizon about $350 saving off a new phone, and she said that it didn't apply at the store. THIS WAS FALSE. It was a though she was competing to see how quickly she could make a sale. Or that she has to go to the bathroom and tried to get the sale done first. TERRIBLE. She didn't even discuss possible adjustments to my plan in light of a phone purchase that would make my bill more affordable. I told her that Sprint offers that flexibility. She said that her Verizon store -- like she owns the place -- didn't offer those deals. This was the worse service I ever had there. It has prompted my to look for another carrier for me and my family.
