Today I went in to get my iPhone transferred from Verizon and I made an appointment and was helped by so many great staff members! They are very efficient and very helpful and nice to me. I’m very happy with how smoothly I was able to transfer my phone line to AT&T and I’m very satisfied with the service was provided to me. We usually have enough stock of all the newest iPhone devices and make it easy for you to buy online and pick up in the store.
They are abiding by CDC guidelines, masks, social distancing, limited clients in store, etc..
The easiest way is to go online to AT&T.com. Select find Store on the website. Search using ZIP code, click on the store you want to go to. From the store info screen the is an option to schedule appointments at the store.
The Carmel Mtn. store is an "ATT Store", rather than an "authorized retailer".
