First let me say this: I absolutely love my apartment! Perfect location! Earlier in September my A/C began to sound like a tractor trailer. I called maintenance and our maintenance supervisor, Lionel James was on it! He made sure parts were replaced, the a/c was clean and most of all explained what was happening as to why parts had to be replaced. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Definitely a can and willing attitude. He cares! Thank you Lionel. Job well done!
