My Mother was put here on the 7 th of July for rehabilitation. She received NO rehabilitation! The facility is way under staff!!. The director will not help you, Mary Carl. She did not have a bath ever, dirty hair. We asked every day for help. She is bruised. If you care about your family, Do Not send them here!!! Maybe 1 percent care. Horrible place. I can not stress how bad it is!!! Jeanine Skok

My job requires me to be involved with a lot of different facilities. Over the time of sprenger developing in the area, I see an amazing staff of floor nurses, CNA’s, and leadership. I can’t say enough great things about how well they have taken our patients that we have placed in their care. The ED Ray, the DON Mary, and the AL director Medina, are all amazing leaders in their respective areas. I highly recommend this place.

Serious and potentially dangerous systemic deficiencies before, during and after wife's post-hospital visit to Skilled Nursing Facility. With a few notable exceptions, the experience was pretty much horrible, end-to-end. Categories include failed attempt to substantially over-collect cash for admission, thousands of dollars beyond what their in-network status with our private insurance allowed them to charge or pre-collect. Fully 12 hours with zero needed meds, essential antibiotics for wife transferring from hospital care and incorrect information on that subject before we agreed to send her there. At least two nights of literally abusive, irritable and unprofessional nursing, sloppy timing of medical dosing, less careful infusion management than at the hospitals, horrible meals. One dinner was a 2 oz cold burger patty on small bun with lettuce and tomato. No mayonnaise, no side. Animal Crackers for dessert, water instead of tea that was pre-ordered. Half the meals were not as pre-ordered and were cold. Some items grossly undercooked. Basically a low-protein, high starch diet in tiny quantities. Supervisor offered to be helpful but, then, disappeared for last three days of stay without promised meetings. Finally, they dropped the ball on arranging for continuing needed physical therapy on discharge, still at their own facility, as we requested, so that she lost a week scrambling to replace their inattention. She tried hard to be nice and respectful to all who entered her room but a couple of night nurses labeled her a "trouble-maker" and, so, were very rude to her. Classically unprofessional, incompetent and negligent, potentially dangerous nursing. Sorry. We tried.

The facility is clean and staff is pleasant and professional. My family member is very personal.

Not sure if you would call it a lockdown. Masks are required in common areas. There is a separate unit in skilled nursing for those who are not vaccinated.
It is a new facility under construction. No working phone yet.
