I walked in with a referral from another doctor only waited about 20-30 minutes in a full lobby which was pleasantly surprising. Staff are all absolutely wonderful. Textbook great customer service skills

Scheduling appointment is a pain. My doctor sent a referral to this place and to make an appointment, they didn't have human calling me, instead an automated line that just tells me the number and expect me to be able to write down the number before they hung up. I would much prefer getting email or text message for this task. Whoever designed this is did a terrible job. The actual phone call, just to try to talk to a human took 15 minutes and I kept getting transferred over to a different department and having to be put on hold gain.

Disappointing, visited the place, instead of sending me the bill that my insurance didn’t cover they sent it to debt collectors. How can I guess I have a bill if they didn’t send me one or contact me. They don’t know that I have all the rights to be informed about my bills. I wouldn’t recommend this place to any one. If I can give them zero star I would, because they are putting my financial status at risk
