Crocs at Citadel Outlets

Took my son there for a pair of crocs for his birthday. The store is well organized and kept.Would have given 5 stars but one employee didn't know, or wasn't trained on speaking to customers.

The girls here are incredibly rude. My husband and I came in and basically had to chase someone down for help. And when you did get help, it was like an inconvenience to them. Luckily, we were able to get what we wanted, but this will be the last time we shop at the crocs location.

Beware of their buy one get one free at Citadel Crocs Outlet. Cannot return per their policy verbally per managers. We asked politely if we can talk to the highest manager and said she was the one and added we have different levels of managers. Ok? Really!?What kind of policy is that? According to the receipt, no returns when it says or marked final price which it doesn't say at all n their posters/advertisement/ shelves signs even the receipt. She said that the company didn't send them the actual final price advertisement/signs. What kind of answer was that? So we asked the other manager with a different level (lol) and she said " the store told us that no return.." really the store only not the company Headquarters? Hmmm fishy. So we asked the other manager politely for at least a store credit and she said no we can't do that it's a store policy. I asked where is the store policy please show it to me. She replied we were told that we can't do a store credit. So we asked politely again if we can take their names and we'll call the headquarters to ask if they did that policy and who allowed them to be managers with different levels or if they can give us store credit. The other manager gave hers but the other one gave us attitude and said I can't give it to you and called security. So I said go ahead and call security. They called, we waited inside. So security came entered the store and went straight to the cashier. I shouted and said we're here sir. So he came and ask what happened, we explained this and that and they. We asked him why did the other manager called security? He was told that the other manager was not comfortable giving her name..... to make it a little shorter, they ended up giving us store credit. The one who gave us the store credit was the real manager and first time seeing her and the other girl who gave us the attitude and called the security wasn't there when we went back inside with the security. Nowhere to see her so we thought she felt really guilty of what she did to us. After getting the credit, we left instead of asking them why can't the other girl manager give us the store credit earlier. Sigh! These employees need at least a right training especially dealing with curious people and wants the right answers. I can write the whole story but not here though. So for those customers who had the same issues like this, please dont give up until you get the right answers and do what is right.

Is in a very convenient spot. Crocs are the bomd, and you can wear them anywhere even in the shower I love them now after work I'm going to pick up a couple of Crocs for my girl and stop by harbor tools
