This place file a case because he doesn't want to get a job and applied for food stamps and told me I have to pay for him not wanting to work. I explain the issue and they didn't care. The person was very rude on the phone.

I was told to wait for my paperwork to begin payments. They sent the payment information a day after the due date now I owe two months of payments. If anyone has information on how I can file a complaint because I strongly believe this was intentional please let me know. Any information to take this to the courts will help as well

Lousy customer service , i called to get some info on a case just was establishe . Mrs baker customer agent was very rude and very loud and demanding way of talking .so i asked her if im speaking in a palatly maner why is she being routy and she got more unprofessional and sayed some stuff and hung up on me ...... very very unprofessional .. they think cuz they work their or cuz they answer phones they can treat anyone this way ......No No No some needs to put them in their place

I was the Petitioner and opened a case with these people. The case manager was an idiot and it took him six months to file my case. That is no support for six months. Support that the judge did not grant me. The office staff was ok. The last attorney I spoke with was insensitive and just didn’t care about me or my daughter. After everything was said on done, she calculated support of $9.00 a month because she believed the other attorney’s bull. You are better off getting your own lawyer or doing it yourself through a paralegal. This office should be closed permanently because they do the child no justice.
