My wife likes to get their T shirts on sale for me I think they have a very deficient men's department and I could not find a decent zip down jacket which I was looking for if they had a good offering generally speaking I'm not crazy about stores that advertise big name brands and charge a lot for their clothing. The store hours online and when you call the phone number states the store is open till 9. I was there on Monday and was told by an associate the holiday hours are until 9. However, today I had to make an exchange and i did cut it close due to leaving work late but arrived at 849 and a female associate was blocking the entrance. She tried saying they were closed at 8pm and I mentioned the holiday hours and she insisted that the phone prompt, employee, and verified hours posted online were wrong. If you want to try and get out early I understand that, just say it. Don't lie to your customers faces.

If you like savings then head out to the outlet store. Associate was so helpful. Felipe was so helpful and courteous. If you love deals like me sign up for ID.me especially if you are teachers, military, nurse doctors to get extra 20% in store and 30% online on top of whatever deal the store and online offers. So all the clothes and shoes I bought was 40% plus the extra 20% was $101 in total!! Extra tip... if you are on the short side, go look at the kids section to see if they have similar shoes as the adults. Kids size goes up to 5.5. It is $20 cheaper than the adults. Noone would know the difference at first sight, I would say, the kids is 85% similar to the adults size. See photos.
