my fiance and I really tried to like this place because the neighborhood was beautiful, however management made it impossible to do so. Barely a few months of leasing here, my car got towed while I was out of state, in a parking spot that I was assigned to and have been paying for monthly. I received no calls what so ever. When we went to management to resolve the issue, they just disregarded it and said, “this is a business, we don’t pay peoples bills here.” I was shocked because how can a manager be so rude when it wasn’t even our fault? Luckily, their assistant, tracy, found proof that she assigned the spot to us. They also put a sticker on my window that permanently left a mark. It was ridiculous how invalidated she made us feel, especially making it seem like that we were lying and we had no idea where our parking spot was. Fast forward to our move out date, we agreed to a move out inspection and no one showed up. And now we randomly got a bill for $1400 for a carpet replacement. There were supposedly, “urine stains” on the carpet from pets but we took photos and there were no stains. Management and staff are so unprofessional for a place that labels itself as “luxury.” Reviews on here and yelp are so right that they will literally nickel and dime you. So unfortunate because this complex has so much potential.

I love loving at Las Positas . It is like living In a resort . The staff is wonderful. Vanessa is always quick to resolve any questions or concerns I have. She is very professional and friendly.

Once I got in contact with MG Properties there was immediate attention given to my issue concerting a mouse in my apartment. Leasing office was not responsive in a timely manner. Once Maintenance was appraised of mouse in my apartment, Rudy was right there to help. He brought with him all necessary items to plug any holes, bait and trap as well as sticky sheets I give Rudy 6 stars for his professional attitude and competence. Last evening evidence was found under refrigerator that problem is solved.

I am a current resident about to move out. We have lived here for over 2 years and have to say DO NOT MOVE HERE. If you want a place that is actually smoke free as advertised DO NOT MOVE HERE. If you want a place where your paid parking is not parked in randomly DO NOT MOVE HERE. If you want better than 100/10 internet DO NOT MOVE HERE. The property itself is nice but the management is lacking and has turned over at least 3 times in the 2 years we have been here. There is a constant flow of changing tenants (for a reason) and our current neighbors like to drop cigarette butts into our patio and or immediate upstairs neighbors sound like they are bowling all times day and night. Nothing ever gets checked on and nothing ever gets resolved. We are done. BEWARE...
