Called option 3, just wanted to get the prescription faxed to the imaging lab. where both me and the lab. staff were waiting to perform the tests, waited 30 minutes did not get through.

Terrible. Always bill me incorrectly and takes too long to schedule appointments over the phone.

The doctors are decent, but the nearest appointment you can book is many months out! Trying to get through on the phone, you wait for over an hour just to get to a human. If you have a billing issue, they're nasty as can be when you call. Rude is putting it mildly. Forget about speaking to a supervisor, also. Supervisors are never available and they claim they'll have one call you back, but they never do call back!

Be weary of Barbara a RN of Dr Fontanez & Casimir. She gives incorrect medical information over the phone and is quite abrupt and rude. I left Dr. Fontanez who I liked very much because of this RN. She even calls you back when she hears of a complaint you make about her to a Patient Care Manager. Very unprofessional.

Some of them do, some do not- just give a call. The office staff is usually very helpful, especially both of the Fishkill offices. Good luck!
Yes, most Caremount locations are doing walk-in flu clinics at this time of year. Sometimes they list locations on their website also.
Yes, Dermatologist Dr. Warycha is in Fishkill Merritt on Tuesdays.
