I found this place to be unbelievable! Spoke with such a lovely gentleman who is professional and efficient. I ordered my gas dryer on Saturday and it was delivered to my house within the timeframe promised on Wednesday. I would definitely give this place five stars plus. I have been giving other people their names. Thank you so much for getting me my gas dryer so quickly and efficiently.

Honestly, this place is excellent. My experience has to do with phone ordering and delivery (never set foot in the store). Phone ordering was quick, easy, and painless. Delivery is where this really shines. The cost is competitive with other companies (and better than some). Delivery timeline is reasonable. Both times, I worked with Ray who deserves a raise / promotion / whatever good thing can come his way. He is personable, professional, and good at what he does. He is very careful to weave around the tight passageway to my laundry room - ensuring he doesn't hit anything. He checks to make sure the appliance works before leaving. He doesn't rush you, arrives on time, and is happy to show you how everything works and answer any questions. As long as pricing remains competitive and they stock what I need, I will continue to work with Automatic Appliance. Ray is 100% the biggest reason why this is true. Shoutout to management for hiring good people. Make sure you retain them.

Excellent service from the purchase to the install of our new refrigerator, the men took great care in protecting our wood floors and removing any garbage in addition they spent time to explain the operation of the appliance. Great company we highly recommend them.
