Positive: I loved the firepits with chairs outside and the view of the river. The locations was perfect for our stay. The front desk staff was very considerate. Negative: The mosquitos lol maybe provide bug wipes when they are in season.

Decent hotel. If you get a cheap price it’s worth staying here. There are better hotels—biggest issues are lack of a strong blackout option which makes sleep difficult when the sunset is almost at 10pm, and the walls/windows are extremely thin which means everything in other rooms can be heard and the extremely loud train horn that blares 5+ times during the night. Location is fine but could be better

This place was amazing. Great location. Clean rooms and an amazing and clean breakfast buffet every morning. The only thing is that I wish they would return to daily room cleaning. It is upon request only and I asked once later one the week and noone showed up. However...friendly staff, great parking, outside fire pits and easy to get to. They also honored the government rate since I was there on business. All my fellow employees decided to stay at Broadway Inn and they didnt even have a breakfast buffet. They were not impressed. When I return I will be staying at Comfort Inn University.

Lovely staff with exceptional customer service. Great breakfast buffet with good selection of food choices including fresh fruits, eggs, sausage patties, potatoes, yogurt and more! Bed super comfortable and large selection of tv channels. Love that they allow dogs and that it is right on the river. It shows wear, but everything else makes it a worthwhile choice.
