For what we paid, we were definitely expecting a lot more. The bed was super comfortable like sleeping on a cloud. The shower pressure was good. The cleanliness of the room could have been better. There was caked up soap on the ledge in the shower that I didn't notice until I was actually in the shower. The air conditioner was a little loud but the room was super cold like we like.

Positive: The staff was great!  the front desk were such a pleasure to interact with.  Hotel employee did an excellent job with the breakfasts Negative: The woodpecker pecking on the wall just above my window, but  went outside with me to see where it is working and to discuss how to stop this for the benefit of other guests, since I was leaving that day.

I won’t stay here again. The staff was friendly and I did see them clean often but it was so loud. I could hear doors slam on the floor I was staying on and underneath me. Any talking in the hall could be heard in my room. I was sleeping and a staff member knocked on my door and announced housekeeping. This was after 11pm and I had my do no disturb on. I understand being understaffed so I didn’t complain when I could hear vacuuming at 10:30pm but if it was after 11pm I would have complained.

Would give six stars if possible. I am extremely picky about cleanliness and this hotel was wonderful! The lobby, pool, hot tub was clean also. All the staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great and kept clean. I am empressed with the place, and the price was great!! Thanks sleep inn
