The pictures online make it look so nice. It is deceiving. It is in dire need of maintenance. We rented two rooms. One room had a decent size fridge for a hotel and even had a separate freezer. The other had a tiny fridge with a 6 inch x 6 inch freezer inside that was frozen over so I could barely use. The tub barely drained. Upon checkout they asked if there was anything that needed fixed in the room so I told them both of those and she instantly radioed to have them fixed, which impressed me. The pool was pretty nice. Only issue was it was supposed to open at 9 and so we took the kids to swim before 11 am checkout, there was someone cleaning it for the first twenty minutes of it being open, so my kids got less time. Just felt like they should've cleaned it before it was supposed to open. Breakfast was basically a sack lunch that you had to ask the front desk for. The workout room was decent l. Another positive is there were no signs of bedbugs.

I would definitely not recommend staying here. The cleanliness was questionable and walking into the room, smelt dirty. There were stains left on the mattress and sheets enough to make us uncomfortable with staying. Old Chinese boxes were left in the fridge from previous visitors. Another thing to apply about food, when it came to the breakfast, it was quite questionable. When asking about it she simply had replied “there was not enough staff to make a full breakfast, so she makes these bags at night” keep in mind these bags were filled with a muffin, an orange juice, chocolate milk, yogurt, and a little protein bar, something you would give to a kid during a packed lunch. I can recommend instead of just complaining if you don’t have enough staff please take in consideration of no breakfast or serve a better one, saying you can serve a good breakfast this was well below “good” When it came time to work the TV the volume refused to turn up not allowing us to hear it, the TV became useless, nothing but background noise and whispers. When it came to the pool, I was not worried about the cleanliness, though there were a couple floating things in the pool, it’s outdoors, I cannot ask for much. From reading the past reviews it seems like this place has definitely some serious maintenance issues, somethings always closed, wether it’s the gym, the pool, or the hot tub. In this case it was the hot tub. The staff was kind, never rude, but they had questionable attitude at times. I would definitely think twice before coming here.

Our room was late. being ready for us when we arrived! We only got one bath towel and 4 yr old granddaughter found someone’s false eyelash! Girl at front counter didn’t want to hear anything about our stay!! So tired of hearing the line we are under staffed and under paid! She told us not to come back! Their nice breakfast as advertised was a baggy with some stuff in it!

Out dated. Needs maintenance. Carpets were gross. Bathroom sink wouldn’t turn off. The one guest washer didn’t work. Website mentions breakfast. Breakfast turned out to be a ziplock bag with stuff in it. No good. I was told that hotel hasn’t had their Covid restrictions lifted for the hot breakfast. WHAT?!?! MANY advertisements for the attached restaurant, two inside the room, it was closed.
