Hotel didn't honor online price. Next morning was up early and desk person was online. I asked if there was coffee. Was told not until 6am. After six there was no coffee, no breakfast. This is so sad where it is advertised. No customer service whatsoever. This is a hospitality industry. Hospitality means: the friendly and generous reception and entertainment of guests, visitors, or strangers. This is definitely not at this location.

The room just seemed a little out dated. I would definitely spend a little more to stay somewhere else. The front check out lady was nice. The bed was okay, nothing spectacular. The shower pressure was horrible.

10 years ago we stayed here and it was just fine as one would expect. Fast forward to last week and I couldn’t believe the horrible room and extremely high price. 2 queen beds shoehorned into a tiny space. No room to move anywhere. Poor lighting , the microwave was in a cabinet under the tv, making it impossible to see the controls. The edges of the beds were broke down so bad if 2 people tried to sleep in one bed they would roll to the floor. The bathroom fixtures are outdated (same ones we installed in our new house in 1990). The sink drain was rusted. I could put my finger between the door and jamb. Little to no insulation between rooms, I was treated to a one sided conversation the gentleman in the next room was having on the phone, and no he was not being loud. The loud was 4am when the drunk woman parked outside our room on her cell yelling at someone,so I’m assuming the widow wasn’t well insulated, she the proceeded down the hall sill yelling into her phone while pacing back and forth trying to find her room. This compared to room the night before $100.00 a night less that was far better quality. Oh and is there place to walk your dog? Not that I could find. Disappointed is being kind. Never to return!

Clean-ish and comfortable. A bit outdated but worked for a night with a cat in tow. I think our room smelled like dog though. Shower was ok, ice didn't work, but they had more for breakfast then I thought they would
