Pretty quick turnaround time, however the key that was cut doesn't open my door like my OEM key does. So as long as I don't lock myself out, I'm fine. UPDATE: I learned my OEM key also didn't open my door. They gave me a refund and told me to keep the key. Definitely would use the service again!

Used the kiosk in a Menards store. Fast, easy, and all 8 keys worked great. Will be going back to make extra car keys.

Came here to get a key copied. Machine seemed to work fine, but the key I got didn't work. I returned to Menards (where this machine is located) to return it, and the customer service rep rather rudely told me that they don't do key returns. I was told that it says this right on the machine, and that I needed to send the key to the KeyMe company if I wanted a refund. This was super frustrating because they know people aren't going to go through that much of a hassle to get $3 back; it's a literal scam. I didn't notice it said this on the machine because it was probably fine print, but what I did notice was in big letters "100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE" which obviously isn't true. Just go to ACE Hardware down the road if you need keys copied. It's about the same price, faster, and their machine is much more accurate. Plus if your key doesn't work, they'll re-cut it for free.
