What's the point of a brand new restaurant building if no one can dine in??? Furthermore, the drive thru was down when i came in, prompting everyone to come in to place their order. Once I finished placing my order, I and other customers sat down to wait for our orders to finish. We were then told that we were not allowed to sit down at all and that "dine-in is closed", despite not even eating...

Had the best chicken from KFC in a while. Was sitting in the dinning room eating when the manager told us the dinning area was closed. Asked if he was asking us to leave... he said no. Like the food but won't go back till they open the dinning room. Chicken fingers in my car... not so much!

This is the only KFC in miles. So a busy Sunday night, needed something that the family hadn't had in a while. So pulled in and the drive through line was wrapped around the building. This is a post about being patient. I am a fan of podcasts videos so the 30 wait in the car was great. (No sarcasm). When I ordered the gentleman was efficient and professional. When I finally got to the pickup window he was friendly and helpful. I gave him a word of encouragement. With a line that long for fast food you know there could be issues. Very happy with this.
