For the fact that they have people working here that don’t ever listen or get orders right, for the past few weeks, I’ll say two, I’ve been ordering breakfast and for the life of me can’t seem to fathom how someone takes your order, repeats it back to you and still gets it wrong.. from wrong size drinks and not having all the correct food in the bag that’s handed to me…

Was wanting a curbside order due to the line and usually McDonalds is fast with everything. However my order was forgotten about and I had to physically walk into the store and ask them about my order.

The staff was very friendly but equally misguided, they seem to have no idea what they're doing in there, I went in for the 2 for 6 deal with 2 caramel frappes and 10 piece meal, and tote of cookies. I had to wait for the frappe and cookies which I didn't mind but then they only came out with a frappe, so I went back around and waited and once I got to the window I asked about the cookies and said it wasn't on the order ok fine I did confirm with person at the window about them before I waited but I'll just forget about them and head home. Once I got home and unpacked turns out there was only one sandwich. Looking back when he asked me if I wanted a receipt I said no it's all good but I sure do regret that decision very disappointed but again nice people

Every time I have come here after work around 10:00 they never respond to me at the drive-thru, their hours say till 12:00 menu is still lit up. I don't know if they're ignoring me and the other people because they don't want to work or they just haven't shut everything down. I shouldn't have to pull into a drive-thru and wait, if they are there they should say "one second" if they're busy but there is nothing said.
