My unit is the perfect size, fitting boxes/furniture from a 2 person home. The height makes it much larger than it seems because everything stacks so nicely (5x10 unit) with it being so tall. Happy customer

I just rented a unit today. The process was fast & easy. The customer service rep was friendly, professional and answered all of my questions. The manager (Kathy) of the facility was super friendly and explained all about using the unit & the facility. The unit was very clean, easily accessible and the building was well lit. So far, I am very pleased!

I'm someone who likes to do everything in person. Both the person I spoke to on the phone & in person at the office were pleasant, helpful & informative. They laid out all of my options & made copies of all paperwork for me. Gave me electronic & in person paent options which you don't find often anymore. Also had competitive rates on units & options to prorate months. My experience was a good one. Thank you Jason.

So far, so good. It was an easy experience to rent and their rates were affordable. I’m having a horrible experience with the New Berlin Storage on Wheels and it’s nice that this is nearby. They are not owned by the same company. They are just renting space out to Storage on Wheels.
