Current resident, place is getting worse and worse with the rules. Pool bath rooms now only open till 5 Monday through Friday. Devaluing everyone’s apartment not right next to the pool area and those that work a traditional 9-5. Basically encouraging everyone to urinate in the pool. Gross

I moved into this space in 2016 with my significant other. His son was 9 at the time and we knew he would spend time with us so we converted the den to a room for him and put up curtains to create a "door." It worked out great! Life has since changed and that den area now serves as a dining room and office. My current significant other just moved in and has a space to work that feels separate from our leisure space. The team at Fountain Square is incredibly responsive to any needs, from maintenance to questions regarding the property. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

I lived at Fountain Square for 1.5+ years and had a very nice stay. Maintenance was quick on the job plus proficient and I had no issues with the front office staff. I had no issues with noise/neighbors, either.

First, I'm actually really shocked to see all of the negative reviews on here. I've lived at Fountain Square for two years and have just signed another lease with them, for a different unit. All of the office staff - Lori, Jesse, and Amy - are extremely helpful. As long as you communicate with them, they will help you in any way they can. Most of the time, when I put a maintenance order in it's fixed within 24 hours, even if it is a low priority issue. I've lived in a condo style unit and will soon be moving to an apartment style unit with a neighbor. The community is definitely friendly, from the elderly folks to the young children running around, this is a place that feels like home. The pool, of course, is just one of it's many pluses!

That would be a question for the office staff.
