I got no shipping info no date nothing. still waiting on my item I have called countless times they answered the phone once to tell me the shipping department will email me, a week ago. I emailed and still nothing. If a negative star would be possible to rate them I would.1,796 spent on something so where is it?? I will not purchase anything from them again.

Slow shipping seems to be the biggest problem for this business. But every product I received was in excellent condition IMO. I had a problem at first with my order but I contacted them and everything was fixed. Bottom line, good clothes for good price but it might take a little while to get to you.

I ordered from these guys online. The initial contact from the company after ordering said I'd receive a shipping notice and tracking number. These were never sent. Questions regarding my order were not responded to. I opened up a Paypal case after a week, and the item arrived the next day. It had taken them five days to pack and send it out. Fortunately the item was good, but the service left something to be desired... definitely not at the level I'm accustomed to in 2015/16.
