Well my wholesale order came with a couple sliced garments. Quality control issues, apparently no one is paying attention and pen marks in the whites and snags in the fabric. These are 3 different shirts pictured

You must have a resale certificate to shop the wholesale warehouse. Orders are done online and then you can opt for pickup rather than delivery. The only reason for 4 stars is because of the confusing directions given by employees of where pick up is, and stuffy employees in the warehouse that rolled their eyes at my " first time visit naive-ness" of their standard of operation. Every wholesaler is different but this was the only one that has employees that look at you like ur stupid.

Booked an appointment to speak to their Sales staff (Tiara). We showed up on time and we were forced to wait 60 minutes to be seen. We had been in email contact regarding which shirts we wanted to see, however, she was unprepared and had nothing to show us. We had anticipated an hour appointment time just like everyone else, but we were only allowed 15 minutes due to their closing time. All in all, an hour wait and a 45 minutes drive for nothing. No apologies, no follow up. She had tried to make up for it by saying she will send samples to us the following week. What's even more infuriating is I have been trying to follow up with the sales rep for the last week and its been like prying something from cold dead hands to find out if the samples were ever even mailed as promised or even pulled at all. EDIT: The manager reached out to me and gave us a small discount on our first order and remedied the sample issue.
