Customer Service & Quality Products; a store that understands how investing in their customer, results repeat business by satisfied customers. I do not usually write a huge review, but its valid here. I am moving to Idyllwild-Pine Cove. On this past Sunday i decided i needed new mattresses. Not wanting to wait, i did a maps search and found 'A Plus'. I was hoping they wouldn't leave early since it was getting late and i still had to get down the mountain. I called and what made the difference was a staff member said, "We will wait for you". Their pricing is very reasonable for the quality products they carry. I needed 3 mattresses only. The Staff made such a remarkable deal based on the number of my purchases (bundles help with pricing), I left further purchasing a sofa, love seat and room carpet. Their customer service provided endless, they offered reasonable delivery! Thank you! I'll return!

We went in this place when we were in the process of buying a new house. Since we were in escrow, we couldn’t make any large purchases but we saw some furniture that we liked. After escrow closed we ended up going with a chain furniture store and ordered couches and a dining room table. 2 months later and our dining room table still hadn’t been delivered so we went back to A Plus Furniture. Roger and Freddie did everything they could to help us find a dining room table that we liked. They were able to find a table we liked, got it ordered and had it delivered within a few days. They made sure we were happy with it and thanked us for our business. We would definitely go with them again.
