We adopted two kittens a couple weeks ago, the whole experience was great, we filled the pre-adoption form and they called soon after with a few questions about our home and we were accepted right away. When we got there the day after everybody was very friendly and helpful and the place was extremely clean, lots of volunteers helping around and all the cats looked happy and well looked after! ARE is such a wonderful rescue, I adopted a kitten from them in 2020 and she's such a light in my life. The rescue works really hard to make sure that all the animals they take in are healthy and ready for their forever homes. The volunteers and director Amber are just wonderful and happy to answer any questions before and after adoption to help get your new furry family member comfortable and happy in your home.

Great place to get your new family pet, keep an eye out on the website they are constantly updating their pets available for adoption! Good luck!

I took in a feral kitten I found. They were very kind and told me he would be sent out to Foster care immediately and would no doubt be adopted out. They were very gentle with him. Thank you A R E

Did ARE get back to you?
Therebis a sign on the door that says you need an appointment but it didn't seem like they mind if you go in to look.
You should be able to message someone from the Facebook page
They usually dont have dogs, mostly cats. Puppies go quickly and you must fill out an application form and cross your fingers!
i would like to know if you can help me with catching and taking away some feral cats. im 71 and i can not keep them. please let me know.
Right know we are full unless you do a owner surrender and willing to foster. ARE will help with food and vet care until there's room for a adoption place. If you could fostor them. If not there full
With a adult you can if not no
Yes, if they are orphans or have medical issues. Otherwise, the have so many abandoned litters, they would prefer that you try to find them homes on your own. But they can offer cheap vaccines, just as does the Tractor Supply Store on Saturday mornings.
In the application they ask you few questions about your living situation, about where the kitten would stay, how many people live in the household, if you're allowed to have pets, etc... the requirements would pretty much be knowing the commitment, the adoption fee and to fill the application.
Why can't I get an answer please....
It is different per animal. Cats are different prices as dogs puppies are different then older dog fill out an adoption form for the animal you are intrested in and then call the resuce
Yes!
Yes call them and ask to speak to amber if she's available
They open at 11am-5pm on Saturday and Sunday. 10am-6pm Monday-Friday.
