I went there the staff was nice at first but as it came to the payment the heavy set white lady working there started telling me that I had to use they're locks which they would charge me and I couldn't do online or over the phone payments telling me I would have to come in knowing I was moving a hkur away just to find out that I could and she been tacking on late fees without informing me my storeage was due I got the unit at the end of the month and your charging my a full month after 10 days of having it this place is a scam and that lady needs to be fired and investigated
