Good thing I read the reviews of people before me so thank you all yes the truck entrance is around the back through 20th. You won't miss it. I did not encounter any problems but I did come like 10 minutes before my appointment because the reviews prior said they would turn you away so came in time and no problems checked in with the guard checked in the receiving office gave me a door and waiting for them to finish. Hope this helped like they helped me so thank you'll and blessings......

For all the reviews that are negative this place exceeded expectations. The gate guards were very friendly and helpful. Docks are a little tight especially the last one which is what I got but definitely doable as we are professional drivers . Easy check in and out. Had paperwork in hand 1 hr prior to appt time. Especially for Miami area I was pleasantly surprised. Entrance is on back street not off Pembroke
