Very friendly, professional and fast. My phone's screen got messed up after having a bad fall. I was just visiting town and I have a flight to catch tomorrow. I needed my phone badly. Went in and they fixed it right away! Amazing service :) they also give discount if you're in the military. Highly recommended!!!

I think it's best to call in advance if you need a screen protector, that way they can order it for you (if this is what you mean?) Hope this helps.

Unless you own your device outright... phone carriers are the ones who, initially, have the authority and the right to unlock their devices. But as far as "Dr Phone Fix It," not sure.
